N.C. Beef! Buy a Whole, Half, Quarter or Eighth Cow
100% Grass Fed & Finished Beef. Period!
We do not supplement our beef with grains, corn, or anything like that. We have to manage our herd, pasture and forage rightly to ensure our beef turns out well. No shortcuts. No overgrazing. Intensive rotational grazing = healthy soil, healthy grass/pasture and healthy animals, nutrient dense beef. We have NEVER given our animals drugs of any sort.
Now you can get a Whole, Half, Quarter or and Eighth from our North Carolina farm (Chapel Hill) to stock up your freezer with some of the best and purest meat money can buy.
Juicy steaks, succulent roasts, ribs, and plenty of ground beef all for about the price of Ground Beef.

A word about pricing. Our pricing is INCLUSIVE of processing/butchering -- NOT based on "Hanging Weight". If you are comparing our prices please keep this in mind as you will see 'less expensive' beef marketed BUT they are likely selling based on Hanging Weight. (This is not a criticism, it's entirely fine to do that, but i think it is confusing to customers.) You will be required in those cases to pay for your own processing, which brings the actual price per lb way up. Just know the difference. In our case the price per lb is applied precisely to the amount of packaged product you receive, not including fat, bones, organs, which we will offer you for $4 per lb if you want it.
Whole 100% Grass Fed Beef: $10 per lb for a whole cow. That's approximately 350 lbs of packaged good stuff. No bones, no organs, no fat included!
Half 100% Grass Fed Beef: $11 per lb for a half cow. That's approximately 175 lbs of packaged good stuff. No bones, no organs, no fat included!
Quarter 100% Grass Fed Beef: $12 per lb for a quarter cow. That's approximately 85-90 lbs of packaged good stuff. No bones, no organs, no fat included!
Eighth 100% Grass Fed Beef: $14 per lb for an eighth cow. That's approximately 45lbs of packaged good stuff. No bones, no organs, no fat included!
