This is where you can place a deposit for a QUARTER Cow 100% Grass Fed Beef (at an incredible price!) raised through regenerative practice and rotational grazing here in Orange County North Carolina!
First of all, when can you get your beef?? Early November 2024!
What you get for $12 per lb! (Approximately)
1. A standard cut sheet from Haven Farm, see below, some variance possible. Cost saving tip!! Get with a group of buyers and choose your own collective cut sheet and save money!!
2. Using our past average, and a fairly standard cut sheet, we get the following approx 350 lbs from one whole animal -- so do the math here and divide by 4 :)! -- not counting consumable organs, fats and bones (see more detail in a table way down below):
- 60 lbs of steaks (20lbs of ribeye, 10lbs of Ny strip, 7.5 lbs of filet mignon and then flanks, skirts, hangars, flat irons, etc0
- 100 lbs of roasts (13 lbs brisket, some rump roasts, london broil, sirloin tips, etc, but some of these can be cut to steaks! Like the chuck eye steak, or the denver steak, which is not reflected above, as i had them into roasts in this example)

28 lbs of short ribs
- 160 lbs of 100% grass fed ground beef!
- 13lbs of stew meat
- plenty of bones and fat and organs at $4 per lb not $12 per lb.
What you pay now: $300 deposit*
What you pay on pick up/delivery: The difference between $300 and $12 x the weight of packaged meat you receive.
